3) Meditation: Once in the morning you should release your every thought and forget about everything and do meditation as a part of exercise. Next time whenever you are feeling negativity then you can calm yourself and take a deep breath and start your meditation for the moment.
4) Habits: What type of habits you are having right now which causes negativity in your life and surroundings? If you started changing or improvising them how will your life will look like? Whenever you decide to change the habit of your own, it automatically happens in your life. Once you started to think to change then changing your thoughts will be very easy in your life. And this can help you to improve the way to attract positivity in your life.
Salim Rana Vegas increased the positivity in his life, but it was a really difficult task for him. As it is not so easy to change your thoughts as you are use to it . You yourself have to take the responsibility and prove first yourself that you can do it because nobody will be doing for you.
